Well first thing, it was snowing.
Then I had to go to work and this is what happened.
My 83 BMW is acting up. First it kills the alternator, so I stuck a new
one in a week ago. Then this morning it would not stay running. Every
time I stopped it would die. Then I had to wait for a while to get it
to start again. After it stranded me for 15 minutes about 2 miles from
the house, when I got it started I just went back home, where it
immediately died in the driveway. Well now after I got it started, I
went into the house, dropped you all a note, grabbed the Midget keys
and headed out the door. Then I discover on the way down the driveway,
I have a flat, so I backed up the driveway (that was fun in the snow
;-) and parked this one. I already knew I had a flat spare. I had a
flat right when we were moving and hadn't taken the time to get it
fixed yet. So I go bother Theresa, whom is sleeping in on her day off,
and get her car. Now I grabbed the spare and headed for the shop.
Traffic was horrible. I dropped off the spare and headed for the train
station and finally got in about 2 and half hours late. What a great
way to start the morning.
