Hi Guys,
Yesterday, twice, I observed a new phenom with the huge SUV vehicles/drivers.
At different intersections, Where the light was red, an Excursion pulled up to
the red light, looked both ways, then went on through! The second time at a
different light, it was a maxivan type vehicle.
Does this put a new meaning to the assumption that they own the road and will
make up the rules as they go along???
