two radiators

I was just looking at a set up in a Bugeye. The oil cooler appeared to be 
brazed to the back of the water radiator.I did not think there would be 
enough room, but there does not seem to be any other "shifting" of 
components. I'm going to call the PO and see what's up . Anyone seen this
