Welcome to the list.
Your best and easiest avenue to finding the car you describe is to look in the
Southwest US where most of the cars have solid tubs and body panels. $1,200 will
get the car to the furthest U.S. destination by enclosed transport. At the very
worst your total costs will equal what you would pay for any other car needing
major body and mechanical work.
