Drove Madge to work yesterday to keep her battery charged up and all her
systems healthy. Left home at 4AM and had a beautiful and only slightly
chilly (flight jackets are good for something other than planes) 40 mile
commute. Arrived at work in a slightly disheveled state, but wearing a
big grin. Must remember to get a hair cut. About 10 miles out of town my
rat-chewed tonneau came loose from the dash. At first I thought it came
unsnapped from the wind going under the hole, but when I parked, I
learned that the Tenax post had come out of the dash. It looks as if it
is held by a nut under the dash. How do I refasten it?
Thanks,
Kate
