When you say OE do you mean SU brand or one of those plastic diaphram
jobs from mo$$?
If it is the later, it has outlived it's usefullness.
I had one that lasted almost 1000 miles. I didn't buy it, I know better
but it came new in a box with the car. I did install it. And I replaced
it in the rain on the Pennsy pike.
