RE: Advice on locations- not much LBC

One thing the Philly region seems to have is very enthusiastic LBC owners
and racers!.. But I just heard from Charles Christ that the VSCCA does not
recognize Bugeye Sprites? Why not?... See, one more reason not to move to
Philly! 8-)
