Subject: pop rivet gun
Over the weekend I made a new console for my '74. It has quite a bit
more knee room than the original and also has a new JVC radio/cd in it.
That of course necessitated new speakers which I put in the boot/cabin
wall. It also has aux. switches for the backup lights (my trans. has
none) and a future smoke system (heh-heh). It's great, BUT....
in assembling the console I had to use my POS pop rivet gun that you
have to completely dissassemble to clear after each rivet. It was
(notice the past tense) a Powerfast brand, made in Taiwan, but not
inexpensive. It is now in pieces in the trash.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a GOOD pop rivet gun????
