Vega wheels

While cruising the junkyard the this AM I found 2 sets of alloy wheels, one
with the old slotted style, the others look like the old thrust-d style. The
supposedly fit chevy vega. both very cheap. both 13x4.5 Ibelieve. Will these
fit a midget?
