Early Sprite Screen Washers vs. Big Healey Screen Washers

I see that AH Spares lists Big Healey screen washer pump and handle as a
replacement for the early Sprite Tudor screen washers.  From the photos in
OS&M and a Big Healey book that I own, they certainly look similar.  Can
anyone comment on how close they are to being alike?
