WD does have it's place, I am not knocking it. It cleans hands great.
Makes an excellant starting fluid. Works well on vinyl window mechanisms, stops
squeaks for almost a whole day, and it smells nice.
But it is NOT an oil, in fact I believe it it just a silicone spray.
For a penetrating oil, it doesn't do the job very well.
