Many auto stores and most auto body suppliers carry uphostry spray paint. I call
it "Interior in a can" it works well if you follow the instructions and clean 
the
old vinyl with enamel reducer (not lacquer thinner) there are many colors
available but I doubt anything is called bugeye red.
