Reading your post reminded me of Lombard Street in San Francisco. Before
they closed it because it was such fun, it was pretty much as you describe
with no snow--a series of switchbacks down a hill--downtown yet. We only got
to drive it once in the Sprite. Yeah baby vroom vroom vroom and also a bit of
whe e e e. But snow tires on a midget????
