I used to rent trucks for U-haul over 4 years ago. I was their general
manager. I figured they probley wouldn't rent to someone if they knew they
would be doing something like this. I can understand the danger involved
should a accident occur. I wish there were a better way to do it. The first
trip we will be towing our family car behind us. The second trip is what I'm
trying to figure out. I can't tow the Sprite with the T/A because it has no
hitch and I'm still not confident enough to drive it on a long trip. If
nothing else I will have to borrow my dads Ford truck and make two additional
trips for three in all. It will just be a little rougher having to make three
trips rather then just two. Thanks for all the comments and advice, I will
have to sit down and figure out how I want to do this. I certainly want to do
this move as safe as possible.
