I have a Weber dvg on my '79 as well, and I am going to try a pair of HS4s.
I have the complete set-up--just have not finished overhauling the carbs yet.
I am doing it in an attempt to get better breathing. My Weber seems to have
a flat spot just at take off and hold the top revs down, maybe due to not
being able to suck enough air?
I will keep the DVG setup in case the HS4 gives no, or terrible, improvement.
