Try this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=599588084
or go to www.collectorcartraderonline.com and search with the keyword "van."
I got 201 hits there, including a bunch of Thunderbirds that Troy Van Sickle
was selling.
If you want something retro, how about a VW mini bus? Easy to keep running
and your ice cubes won't thaw in the winter.
Last suggestion, a British cab? I think they are all right hand drive, but
you can get used to it.
Good luck. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know. ;-)
