Maybe you've never had it happen to you beore, but it's a fairly
common problem.  Guess it was just your turn (mine was 2 years ago).
Glad you got it fixed.

Your neighbors learned a new word, heck, mine have heard me INVENT new
words!  (They didn't know what they meant, but they knew it wasn't
good.)
