Listerati,
As I can fit this in between work, some observations.
Allen's look?.... priceless, several times. Worth the drive.
The color of the Midget is moss green as is easily confirmed by
matching
it to the moss growing out of the rockers. (it used to be BS Orange, as is
easily confirmed by....... never mind)
chuck was a pleasure to finally meet. He's all what he's been purported
to
be, and more. Generous, witty, and shift(key)less... He needs a new
workshop. (I happen to have an extra.......)
It was good to see Larry again. This time in his element. He was very
helpful in facilitating this surprise, and leading us to a backup location
for a proper cheese steak. I can say that his Midget handled the road
course he set up far better than an empty 15' rented box truck with poorly
aimed headlights.
Frank was a gracious host as always. He took us on a tour of the beach.
He
drove PIECES, I took the yellow Sprite with the 5 speed, and horsepower. He
wanted me to drive it like I stole it. Tempting. I was trying to be
sensitive to the neighbors at 8AM, however. Ryan, who works with me in the
shop, needed to see the ocean and we managed that.
I apologize to those with whom I did not catch up. Timing, being
everything, was wrong. We pressed on from Carlisle area early morning
thoroughly enjoying the beautiful PA scenery in full fall colors. Then we
got to OH, and accelerated...
Questions... chuck, is it illegal to transport mold across state lines?
Jon, "vent (v): to enable undesirable humidity and or heat or
other
noxious elements to be exhausted from a living space" [see also dryer
installation, and moisture, effects of]
Allen, what happens when you start undoing what your neighbor
across the
street did to the house?
Larry, how's that go again? "Keep my chin up and.....?"
Frank, how does PIECES smell now?
Ryan, just how can an airline lose carry-on luggage?
Lots of fun. Thank you all.
