try using an awl or a small phillips screw driver  as an alignment tool.
start all 4 bolts and leave them loose untill you have all 4 started in
their threads.   this will allow you the tiny bit of movement in the mount
to align remaining bolt holes.  if your trans mounts are a bit soft
initially you may have a rather distressing looking situation.  but using a
tool to pull the metal part of the mount into position through the bolt
holes will greatly ease your concerns.  it's getting the drive shaft into
the transmission i dislike !
