Sue your homeowners association for a new exhaust system. If that doesn't work, 
make a
leak in the system that looks like the speed bump did it but so your car safely 
roars
like chucks bugeye............... A couple of passes through the neighborhood 
early in
the morning ought to get the ball rolling............................
