With every respect, pick up a book on
Weber carbs or, if you have a DCOE
handy, unscrew the fittings on the top
of the carb and find out what's "inside";
don't lose the tiny "balls" (oh, this is
going to get some comments, for sure!)
when you find them.

You've got your "circuits" mixed up!!
