Well, it's hot here near Philly, PA. It's about 96 deg. F now and getting
hotter. Brownouts in the area make our air conditioning cut out at about 4
in the afternoon.
I did some web surfing (for a change) and found this quote on AP. "There's
folks out here getting overheated. It's dangerous," said Madison County
coroner Jimmy Cornelison. "If you walk out there right now and you're doing
strenuous work and you don't compensate with fluids, you're asking for
trouble. It's hot. It's bad hot." Do they really talk like that up there,
Peter?
BTW, the temp is a toasty 46F in Barrow, AK. Going down to 30 this weekend.
Bet they can't wait until winter hits up there.
