Roger I am not sure if it is the same on an A+ engine but on a regular A series, unscrew the large banjo bolt that holds the oil pipe to the block (just below the oil gauge line) fill the hole with a few ounces of oil, replace bolt and crank it up. On the A+, I think the oil filter is right there, maybe remove the filter and fill up the hole.
