Wiper arm springs

The springs in my wiper arms will no longer hold the blade against the
glass.  The wipers go back and forth but they never touch the glass
(and I did not fail for that during the NJ inspection, go figure).
Anyway I can't seem to find the correct size springs in any of the
local auto parts shops.  Anybody have any idea where I can get three
springs that will do the job.  If I use the wipers, they really should
touch the glass.
