Possibly V-belt needs a bit of tightening
or any "leak" marks around end plates
of blower? (Black "carbon-like" trails
across silver end plates)

Your blower is "new", right? Should be
giving you at least 5 in summer temps,
5+ easily in colder outside temps.

You got a buddy around with a boost gauge you could temporarily plug in
to
"test" your's by substitution?
