Haven't had those, but how about "Blair's Death Rain Potato Chips"? They're
sold by Route 11 potato chips which are in general a little pricey, but the
BEST chips I've ever had (and I don't usually like chips that much!). "Death
Rain" is pretty dang hot - "spiked with the hottest dry spices ever
created... Death Rain! (The dry equivalent to a sticky mash of habaneros,
chipotles, cayennes and garlic.) " There are a few delis and small stores
around Leesburg that have them if you're in the northern VA area.

And for hot and peppery stuff online, there's http://www.peppers.com. Can't
really vouch for them in any way, just a site I know of and they have "Death
Rain".
