Ask Paul A about an engine a customer of his just bought - a British Postal
Service
1098 rebuild. (these were used in Postal Service Minor vans) These were
supposedly
very good engines, I would have bought one last summer if I'd had the buckage.
Glad
now that I didn't. The one Paul got to rebuild was two steps above boat
anchor, if I
recall correctly. I've come to the conclusion that when buying a rebuild,
either buy
it from someone that you you know very well, or that you are related to by
blood or
marriage, or that you are capable of doing physical harm to in case its a lemon.
Otherwise, do it yourself.
