Net Friends,

My wife and youngest daughter will be traveling to Manchester next month and 
want to spend a week traveling around England and Scotland.

Any suggestions as to where they should spend their limited time?  Perhaps 
list your favorite sites in order of importance?

They will be more interested in castles, witches, and shopping than LBCs.  

Transportation suggestions will be welcome also.  Car, train, bus?
