Hell...no Texas oil man worth as much as Dubya and Chainy would want oil 
prices to go down!  To paraphrase Johnny Carson  "There is REALLY an oil 
shortage!  All that $1.25 gas is about gone...but were about to get down to 
the $3.00 stuff....and there's PLENTY of that!"
