Chris, to further cement Mr. Turk's opinion of me, I admit to having 
designed that very setup using a piece of plastic draped over my old man's 
VW Squareback hatch with a piece of plywood roped onto the hatch that would 
extend the sleeping area. Very cozy. I'd have used the ubiquitous blue 
tarp, but they weren't out then.
