If this car is not your daily driver, I would say to replace the tires and if it
doesn't change anything, park it until you get the parts.
My GTO sits for looooong periods of time and when I do drive it, it rides rough
because the polyester ply tires (yes, they are that old, genuine G 70's on
Keystone Star spokes, and 60's on the back) tend to develop flat spots on them
when they sit. After they warm up it smooths out some....
