ok (frank?) i have a spare axle sitting on the shelf here , ,,, , what might
it be? i know it is a steel wheel spridget . but is it one of the
hardened ones i thought it was when i stashed it 9-10 years ago?

there are small letters cast on the center "omfs"
also cast on the center is the ever popular "MOWOG"
i have been working downstairs and saw this axle and just for the life of me
could not remember it's exact origin anymore. so i figured i'd ask?
