Talk about bride of Frankenstein...
Well what if it was a Jensen Healey Interceptor? 1974 was the first year for
the 440 Magnum. Now that would be pretty imprecise to have! I've got a buddy in
Roseville CA. who
is doing a ground up restoration with plenty of suspension and engine
modifications (not to mention money), like hemi heads and 550 HP. I've always
thought that these cars
looked like they were half Porsche 944 (the back half) and half Jaguar, the
front half. But all in all... if I where restoring one I'd go with an older
model with the 383,
it's much lighter and can rev better.
On the other hand if I could afford a restoration like that... I would be
dicking with a Japanese powered Sprite.
