Ah! the management as#h##es! You know, in a past life at a major
transportation company, I was on a nationwide "quick response" team to combat
unionization.
When dock workers in LA signed Team#$er cards, we flew in to start
investigating and taking names. After interveiwing 100+ dock workers, we
found the most common complaint was that they did not like working over eight
hours without a break! Wussies!
I've worked both union and non union businesses and agree with management
that unions are counter productive, but agree with unions that most
management causes the need for unions.
