Baby-blue Bugeye on I-40 between Raleigh and Durham NC.
Looked like good daily-driver condition, with an early-20s(?) male driver.
No lister that I know of, but y'all seem to like hearing about Spridgets
being spotted on the road. (Yes the top was off!) :-)
