Thanks one and all for fuel pump advice. I was going to have a go at it yesterday, but then it rained all day - really lashing it down and not the right time to fix something that isn't actually broken - yet! It is an original SU, not a copy "virtual pump" - I've had those too ! I suspect diaphragm, or valves, or adjustment, or is it that Lucas had something to do with it? Guy |
