TO all,
One of the best quotes I've heard in a while went something like this...
"The information age has given new credibility to uninformed opinion".
That... of course... is my opinion.
Kind of like surveys that say "71% polled think he's guilty". Of course,
their opinion doesn't change the truth one bit...but repeated pounding into
the minds of the public by the media will have the long term effect of
potentially ruining the life of an innocent man (if, of course he's
innocent... and only a judge 12 jurors, or God's opinion ultimately
matters...)
So, it's been interesting to watch the mass hysteria feeding frenzy life of
their own that some of these threads seem to develop.
Sure, there are some ridiculously high prices paid common parts by
unsuspecting folks that don't know any better, and there's also a fair
amount of mis-representation by those seeking to "polish a turd".
Market sets the value folks.Uninformed opinions, especially posted to a
worldwide list such as this do nothing to bring clarity in a situation like
this... in fact, those opinions just serve to muddy up the waters even more.
