I agree except when it comes to my Snap-On tools. A while back the very first 7/16 spanner I had was starting to peel chrome (it had a hard early life on bolts that either budged or bust. It was replaced without any problem whatsoever and not even a signature was required. There again, the price you pay for Snap-On is reflected in the quality of the product.
