I really hate pop rivet floor repairs. Zap screws (1/4" head self drilling screws) are much more secure, just grind off the heads as close as possible to the flooror try to place them in the recesses of the floor pan. Be sure to cut or grind out all the rust around the hole, it will continue, and rapidly!! If you go fiberglass, again, cut out any rust.
