Mallory distributor on Midget 1500

I'm trying to help someone with a 1975 Midget 1500
with a Weber DGV and Mallory distributor.  The car
barely runs at present and does not rev very well
at all.  A local shop filed the points and
supposedly reset the points, but made it run
worse.  Does anyone have the gap to set the points
on this distributor?
