I can't recall if you wrote me about the final installation - I just
got back from a business trip yesterday... Congrats on getting it in!
Mine too has a weak synchro in second - bummer! What engine are you
running? Mine is a freshly rebuilt 1275 .040 over-bored and with a
Kent 266 fast road cam. I find that I need to wrap it out more in 2nd
than with the BMC unit, which doesn't work with the 3k rpm limit
imposed for the first 500 miles. Also, I find that shifting is a bit
clunky compared to the BMC unit, which really snicked into gear. How
does yours feel?
