The '75 freebie is at an LBC shop because I gave up on me ever getting it
running.  They seem to be almost as stumped as I was.  It is popping on one
cylinder (popping through the carb), and the two middle cylinders seem to
have a little lower compression than the outer two.  It turns over and
fires, but won't actually start.  The initial diagnosis involves one or more
of the following:  stuck valves, timing chain off a few, or head gasket.
Anybody ever experience anything like this?  Any ideas?  Thanks!
