Any chance of seeing the conversion documented on your website at some
point?

Subject: Alternators conversion
Well I took everyone's advise...
went to the auto parts store today at lunch.
A 10Si (generic GM) alternator, brand new
chromed 'j' braket, and an adapter cable for the connector...
grand total with core charge... $54 and some change.
Although I know it won't look original, I'm simply tired of worrying
about that stupid Lucas rebuilds wacking out and the voltage going to
way over 15 volts.
We'll have to see if this give me any greater peace of mind.
Thanks again everyone. Andd a special thanks to you Nolan
for the quick replies.
