So David, just how much of the frame is assembled prior to surrounding the shell with it? As in which 2x4s, if any, get attached to the plywood before introducing the frame to the shell? This should explain (to the challenged types like myself) the need to split the middle front section 2x4s (29.5' sections) and how they are carriage bolted to the 25.5' section with the firewall so close.
