I saw part of a neat episode of "Legends of Motorsport" this morning on
the TV channel. They had interview bits with one of the MG prototype
engineers and a lot of info on the development of the B (including the
MGBGTV8!) and the demise of British Leyland. They had pictures of a
beautiful roadster replacement for the B and some disgusting mid engined
beast which both lost out to the TR-7 (The Shape of Door Chocks of the
Future?). They also showed several Midget commercials which were pretty
cool. Knowing Speedvision, this'll probably be replayed again soon. Tape
it if you can get your Lucas VCR to work.
