Glen,
That's 36.96 using last night's FX close. Your credit card bank may or may
not use this rate. Usually it's a few basis points higher (bad for you),
but on a $25 pound purchase, it's not a big deal. The rate was 1.573146.
BTW: If ANYONE wants to know FX rates for the previous day's close for ANY
currency, just email me and I'll have it back to you shortly.
