I hate to recommend a crap company, but Oselli developed a solution for the
use of this engine block for the now defunct Keith Brading Isle of Wight
Frogeye Car company. Maybe you could ask them?

custom flywheel made? Steel, with six holes, a spigot and a clean edge to
mount a starter ring on. Can't be too hard, can it? The bush for the
gearbox shaft needs to be bored in as the one in the Maestro is too shallow
( about 3/4 inch.)
