Actually, there isn't a hole, you just bolt that sucker right to the
back of the seats.
Alternatively, you mount it in the trunk floor where the spare tire
would go, and it serves as a backup for the fuel pump. It effectively
treats the gas tank like an old style oilcan, wheere each time you press
on the bottom, a squirt of oil blips out. You have to play uptempo Rap
or Hip-Hop for freewqay driving, though.
