Depends when you went. Last time I was at the real thing, they still let you
go ALL the way to the top, not just to the second level. I belive that was
about 8 years ago. >>

I was there in 1984. We went all the way up. Very windy that day. I didn't
know that they closed the top observation deck. When'd they do that?
