Sorry about the bad format of the last post.

THE EASTERN NEW YORK MGA CLUB
is pleased to announce a Tech Session with
Edward Hausman, master British motorcar restorer and proprietor of
Body Unlimited; assisted by Larry Eckler, proprietor of Morgan Spares

Body Unlimited specializes in complete restorations. This includes the
fabrication of body panels and repair sections and expert welding in both
steel and aluminum with MIG or TIG. Eddie Hausman's reputation as a painter

is legendary. He has done member John Jennings' show stopping cars; his
Jaguar XK140, his Morgan 4/4 and his Triumph TR 3. You may remember the
cover of British Car magazine that had a beautiful picture of these cars.
He has also done member Jim Dickson's award winning Morgan 4/4 and our
Technical Advisor Nick- O'Donohoe's soon to be completed MGA. He has
painted almost all of the cars in the Morgan 3/4 Club. Eddie also installs
interiors, carpeting and is an expert at rewiring harnesses. He has 25
years of experience.

The tech session will begin with a discussion of the complete step-by-step
disassembly of a 1959 Morgan 4/4. This will be followed by a demonstration
of how to cut out a rusted section of a fender, cut and form a rust repair
panel for it and then weld it in. The next demonstration will be on how to
expertly, prepare and paint a panel. After this there will be a discussion
on how to properly plan the re-assembly of the car. He will also be
demonstrating the techniques involved in re-skinning a door of an MGA 1600.

Eddie would like to extend a very unusual offer to anyone attending this
tech session. If you are having a problem with some aspect of your car's
restoration, you are welcome to bring the part, panel or piece with you and
Eddie will happily demonstrate how to make a professional repair. He asks
that you please call the shop first to make arrangements.
